Return & Exchange Eligibility:

As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for an exchange. Please report the defect within 5 business days of delivery to be considered for an exchange

Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and free of scents/makeup.

Process: Email order details, reasons for exchange. Receive return instructions. Ship items back at your cost (use reputable carrier). Provide tracking info.

Exchange Processing: Within 14 working days of receipt. Price differences handled via coupon or charge.

Exclusions: Tailored/personalized items, items discounted 15% or more.

Fees: Customer responsible for return shipping and any new taxes/duties.

Email the company with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reasons for the return.

Return the items with a tracking number.

Inspection: Items are inspected upon receipt.
